Through her research in data analytics, artificial intelligence, and human behavior, Jingjing explores how algorithmic techniques from computer science and social science theories can address emerging challenges in intelligent systems and personalization technologies, as well as how decision support technologies can better serve humans and organizations in an increasingly AI-driven world.
